Over the course of a few days, we received 8.6 inches of rain. So what can you do with a toddler when you are stuck in the house and feeling like this....
One might suggest taking on a new perspective....like looking at the rain from the SECOND floor.
Nah! That's no better. Moving around is always helpful.
Reading is a good way to pass the time.
Waving random objects may be fun for some.
Oooooo, shining flashlights under dark places is quite entertaining.
And then there is the classic....making funny faces into the camera.

Although, the best activity to partake in is the splishing and splashing in the puddles after the rain has finished. I wish a had pictures to show you of Charlie in his rain boots and coat, but alas, not every moment can be captured on film. Some must simply be lived and enjoyed.
