Easter Preparations

For Easter this year, Charlie and I were in Wisconsin while our kitchen was being demolished in Maine.  (Poor Daddy had to stay behind to teach and live through all the dust!) This is the first year that Charlie would actually be able to participate, so we made sure to put together lots of Easter festivities.
Of course, it all started with egg decorating.

Then we decorated Easter cookies, thanks to Nonna's baking expertise.  Lucky for us, Great Grandma Grunze was there to help out.

Cookie decorating can only be complete with cookie tasting.

How is it Charlie?

After lots of playing time and fort building....

the boys got ready for bed and set up their nests.
