The Third...in a Series of Firsts.

Ahhhh bubbles!  One of life's great mysteries...when you're a baby.  Charlie wasn't sure what to make of these floating orbs.  He would watch one float in the air.

He would watch another land on the ground next to him.

In very Charlie style, he showed no interest in touching them.  So I caught a few on the stick so he could investigate closer.

Then he realized how to pop them.

And Charlie found the joy in popping bubbles.

The Second....in a Series of Firsts.

Charlie does a great job of sitting in his high chair (we call it Sir Charles's Throne).  So when it finally warmed up enough last month, we moved it out to the deck for Charlie's first al fresco dining experience.  He seemed a little confused at first, but once he started eating he really enjoyed his meal with a garden view.
